LEVEL OF CARE

We offer fixed fees with no hidden charges.

Basic Care

• • 24 Hour Care Supervision by trained staff
• • Monitoring and Safety Check
• • Room, Board, Housekeeping, Meals, Snacks, Laundry, and Activities
• • Minimal staff assistance for transfers and toileting
• • Medication Administration by trained staff
• • Nurse On-call
• • Visiting Physicians/Home Care Nurse, PT and OT/Hospice Care available
• • Weight/Nutritional Monitoring
• • Ambulatory but with minimal staff assistance i.e., hand held, use of walker or cane

Moderate Level of Care

• • As specified in basic care
• • Incontinence Care such as toileting, diapering, and Foley catheter care
• • Moderate staff assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming with hands-on assistance
• • Requires frequent verbal instructions and reminders for Activities of Daily Living, such as meals, medication, activities, etc.
• • Special Diet (pureed) with one-on-one assistance in feeding
• • Memory Care (Alzheimer’s, Dementia Care)

High Level of Care

• • Total care assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting and feeding
• • Bowel and bladder incontinence
• • Wandering (attempts to walk out of home on frequent basis and awake at night most of the time)
• • Sun Downer’s Syndrome (very confused, agitated, and combative in late afternoon and evening)
• • Wheelchair Dependent (requires lifting by staff or mechanical device)
• • Bedridden (Confined to bed)
